Investment & Distribution Reporting Associate

Job description

Our client, a leading Asset Management firm based in Dublin, is on the lookout for an experienced Investment Reporting Associate to directly support the sales team.

This role supports the Client team through delivering reporting, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership. You will work closely with data teams to track business performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, timely reports and dashboards for client coverage teams
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis on sales activity, pipelines, and territory coverage
• Partner with Client Advisors and Associates to monitor business opportunities and risks
• Prepare materials for business reviews, leadership updates, and firmwide reporting
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate sales attribution
• Improve processes by streamlining workflows and automating recurring tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 2–6 years’ experience within asset management middle office or reporting is essential
• Strong analytical skills, SQL is essential with Tableau a plus.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
