Senior Manager – FS, People Consulting
A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its growing People Consulting practice. This role focuses on delivering large-scale, people-led transformation programmes for Financial Services clients across the Middle East corridor. You will work as part of an established UK-based People Practice, partnering closely with regional teams to support complex, multi-country transformation agendas.
The Role
You will lead major people-focused transformation programmes within Financial Services. This includes operating model change, digital and ERP-enabled transformation, HR modernisation and global business services.
You will shape and deliver the full people agenda, from defining change strategy and aligning leadership, through to organisation design, culture change and implementation. Alongside client delivery, you will support practice growth through business development, proposition development and team leadership.
The role requires travel to the Middle East for approximately 10 days per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end people and change workstreams across large transformation programmes.
- Define and deliver change strategies, stakeholder alignment and impact assessments.
- Design and implement communication, engagement and learning plans to drive business readiness and successful deployment.
- Support operating model and organisational design from a people perspective.
- Measure change impact and value, contribute to commercial activity, and coach junior team members.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record leading complex people and change programmes, including operating model, HR and digital or ERP-enabled transformation.
- Experience across workforce, skills and learning transformation.
- Experience working within the financial services sector is desirable.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders within complex environments, ideally with exposure to clients in the Middle East.
- Strong commercial judgement and core consulting skills.
- You are credible, hands-on and comfortable leading in complex, fast-moving environments. You can move from strategy to delivery and build trusted relationships quickly.
