Senior Video Editor — Premium Creator-led channel

• London (Hybrid)

We’re hiring a Senior Video Editor for a dynamic creator-led channel that pride themselves on bringing the highest quality content to social platforms.

We are looking for an elite-level editor. Someone who understands YouTube and social at a deep, strategic level. Not just someone who can cut beautifully, but someone who knows why an edit performs.

If you’ve worked on creator channels in the calibre of Sidemen, MrBeast, Beta Squad, Diary of a CEO, or similar premium YouTube brands, this is the level we’re targeting.

What we're looking for:

• You understand retention curves and actively edit with them in mind.
• You know how to build hooks in the first seconds and sustain engagement throughout.
• You shape narrative arcs, not just sequences.
• You use music, silence, reactions and pacing intentionally.
• You contribute creative ideas, not just execute briefs.

Editing style:

• Fast, slick, confident cutting.
• Premium colour and sound design.
• Clean, well-considered titles and graphics (never cluttered).
• Strong comedic input - timing and cultural awareness.
• Ability to elevate a channel stylistically.

This team wants someone who can level them up, not maintain the status quo.

You’ll Likely Have

• Senior-level experience in a high-performing YouTube or creator studio.
• Deep understanding of short-form and long-form digital storytelling.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-output environments.
• A portfolio that demonstrates premium, social-native craft.
