A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Associate (3–5 PQE) to join its high-performing London team, with a strong focus on advising retail and consumer brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an exciting portfolio of instantly recognisable businesses, including luxury retail, wellness, food & beverage, and hospitality and leisure brands, as well as digital platforms, marketplaces and high-growth start-ups.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of commercial and route-to-market matters, including:

• Franchising and supply chain arrangements
• Warehousing, distribution and logistics agreements
• B2B commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
• E-commerce and direct-to-consumer models
• Cross-border mandates with international colleagues

What They’re Looking For

The successful candidate will be a commercial lawyer with strong drafting skills, proven experience advising on franchising and supply chain matters, and the confidence to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

You’ll be commercially minded, proactive, and enjoy building strong client relationships. A genuine interest in the retail & consumer sector and an appetite for business development and profile-building is essential.
