Electrical Estimator | M&E Contractor | London

We’re partnered with a leading M&E contractor delivering complex building services packages across data centre, commercial and specialist technical environments.

Operating as a principal M&E contractor, they have strong pre-construction capability and long-standing relationships with Tier 1 General Contractors and End Clients.

With a healthy secured pipeline and repeat business forming the majority of turnover, they’re continuing to grow their London-based pre-construction team.

The Role

• Preparing detailed electrical estimates across LV, HV and specialist systems.
• Reviewing drawings, specs and tender documentation to produce accurate take-offs.
• Building cost plans, BOQs and pricing schedules aligned to programme and scope.
• Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Identifying value engineering opportunities and technical risk within tender submissions.
• Supporting bid submissions, technical clarifications and client presentations.

Type of Projects

• Datacentre projects with advanced electrical and mission-critical infrastructure.
• High-spec commercial fit-outs and refurbishments across central London.
• Complex mixed-use developments where coordinated MEP delivery is critical.

We're Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Estimator within an M&E / Building Services contractor.
• Proven experience pricing projects from first principles and managing multiple tenders.
• Detail-driven, commercially aware and confident engaging with technical and commercial stakeholders.
