Steadman Hub have partnered with a major player in the no profit sector that is seeking a skilled HubSpot CRM Manager to join its team. They are currently scaling their CRM capabilities to improve their services to their partners across the UK. As HubSpot CRM Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s HubSpot ecosystem - driving strategic improvements companywide. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure HubSpot is fully optimised to deliver seamless user journeys, actionable insights, and scalable automation. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on HubSpot expert who wants to make a meaningful difference in education while building best-in-class CRM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM platform.
• Design and implement automation workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs.
• Build dashboards, reports, and segmentation strategies to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption across teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing & optimising HubSpot CRM.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Data Hubs (Service Hub is preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical CRM capabilities into business impact.
• HubSpot certifications and experience integrating with third-party platforms (e.g. Zapier, Salesforce, custom APIs).
