Delivery Manager (Media domain)

Job description

Media Industry experience is a must.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale software and platform programmes, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
2. Provide architectural and technical oversight across engineering teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
3. Drive DevOps adoption, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release governance across multiple teams.
4. Own delivery assurance, including RAID management, technical debt control, vendor performance, and commercial oversight.
5. Manage senior stakeholders and executives, translating complex technical topics into clear business outcomes.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in technical delivery leadership roles within software-intensive, complex engineering environments.
2. Strong background in architecture and service delivery frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) with Agile, product-centric delivery experience.
3. Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies.
4. Experience delivering large programmes in OTT, Media, Streaming, or similar platform-based industries.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in high-pressure, vendor-driven environments.
