Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced operations leader who’s ready to take ownership of two specialist manufacturing sites and play a central role in bringing a brand‑new facility online. This is a rare opportunity to combine day‑to‑day site leadership with high‑impact project management, guiding a skilled technical team through growth, change, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating an environment where safety, quality, and efficiency consistently meet the highest standards. You’ll oversee production activities, maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, and ensure both sites operate reliably and effectively. Alongside operational leadership, you’ll drive the delivery of a new facility—coordinating contractors, managing timelines, developing documentation, and overseeing validation work to ensure a seamless, well-governed launch.

You’ll lead a growing team of people, setting clear expectations, developing capability, and building a culture where everyone can perform at their best. Strong communication, decisive leadership, and the ability to navigate technical challenges with a structured and calm approach will be essential. You’ll also support broader business planning, work closely with customer-facing teams, and contribute to the ongoing development of processes, systems, and operational performance.

Key Experience and Skills Needed

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing, aseptic, or technical production environment
• Strong GMP knowledge and practical experience applying quality standards
• Proven leadership of technical teams, including performance management and development
• Hands‑on experience with equipment and process qualification/validation (e.g., URS, FDS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ)
• A proactive, solution‑focused approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
