Commercial Legal Counsel-Global Fintech (3-6+ PQE)

Job description

Global established fintech company in the digital assets space is seeking a legal counsel as part of their growth plans.

You'll work across a range of commercial contracts, collaborating with senior stakeholders and teams in the UK, Europe and more globally, as well as having the opportunity to broaden your skill sets into other areas.

Our client will consider candidates from private practice on in-house who have worked with a breadth of commercial agreements including technology agreements. Experience of working with financial services, banks or fintech businesses would be advantageous but is not essential.
