About the Role

A growing retail project delivery company is looking for an Estimator to join its team. The business delivers POS and in-store retail solutions for major brands and needs someone who can price projects accurately, source suppliers, and help ensure projects remain profitable and on schedule.

This is a fast-paced role within a small team where attention to detail and strong commercial awareness are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive project cost estimates
• Review project specifications with Project Managers
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure best pricing
• Create and manage quotes within the internal system
• Monitor costs to ensure projects stay within budget
• Resolve pricing or supplier issues quickly and professionally

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in POS retail estimating, buying, or procurement
• Strong Excel skills and experience with estimating software
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
