Interior Designer

Experience: 4-5 years with F&B and Hospitality Project

Bias: Creative over Technical

Salary: £35-45k, dependent on experience

Working Type: Full-time, Studio Based

We're recruiting for a talented Interior Designer to join a respected creative studio specialising in hospitality design.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 4-5 years' experience who's ready to take on more responsibility and work across beautifully crafted F&B and hospitality projects. You'll need strong design sensibilities, solid technical skills (they use Vectorworks 2D but are happy to cross-train from other CAD platforms), and an understanding of how design translates to site.

The role includes overseeing junior team members, so they're looking for someone who can mentor as well as design. Some site experience would be ideal, along with a background in food & beverage or broader hospitality sectors (retail experience is fine if complemented by relevant hospitality work).

They're deliberately keeping titles flexible because they're more interested in finding someone whose work they love and who's excited to contribute to the team culture.
