Job description
A US firm is looking to hire a 2-5 PQE associate into its Fund Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team under the leadership of partners recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners as leading practitioners.
In this role, you will act for banks, financial institutions, sponsors, general partners, and fund managers on the full spectrum of fund finance matters, including net asset value (NAV) and portfolio facilities, capital call/subscription line facilities, hybrid facilities, and GP and co-investment facilities.
The ideal candidate will be a UK-qualified associate working in a leading banking & finance practice. The partners are open to reviewing CVs from Australian, NZ, and US qualified associates who have experience doing UK law governed finance work, or exceptional UK qualified associates from related banking & finance law backgrounds (e.g. Securitisation, structured finance, leveraged finance).
