Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Hatton Garden, London for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Directors (MDs). The role involves managing executive schedules, providing personal assistance to the MDs, coordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings, and serving as a key point of communication. The successful candidate will ensure that the MDs' day-to-day administrative needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
- Proficiency in Diary Management and adeptness in organising schedules
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in planning
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
- Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
