Manchester | Up to £65,000 + Bonus | Flexible working

Hunter Dunning is working with a respected Manchester commercial property consultancy seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to play a key role in shaping the city’s office market. This is a senior-level opportunity offering project leadership, client exposure and real influence within a growing Building Consultancy team.

Your Experience

• MRICS qualified with 5+ years’ PQE
• Commercial building consultancy background
• Contract Administration & Project Management (JCT)
• Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition & Acquisition Surveys
• Experience delivering office fit-outs & refurbishments
