Technical Architect Job in Shoreditch, London

£45,000 – £50,000 | 1 day WFH

Hunter Dunning is working with a boutique London architecture practice to recruit a Technical Architect in Shoreditch, London. This role focuses on RIBA Stages 4–7, delivering high-end private residential projects with strong technical input and contract administration responsibility. You’ll join a collaborative, non-hierarchical studio offering autonomy, flexibility and exposure to complex London residential schemes.

Your Experience

• 2+ years’ UK experience in high-end private residential
• Strong delivery across RIBA Stages 4–7
• ArchiCAD proficiency and BIM workflow knowledge
• JCT contract administration experience
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
