Job description
A dynamic, high-growth trading firm (part of a global investment group) is expanding its legal team. We’re looking for an Employment Counsel to handle complex, high-level employment matters within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll get:
- Work closely with the GC and senior leadership on high-profile employment issues
- Exposure to a flat, high-performing structure of ~150 people, including a small legal team

Candidate profile:
- 4–8 PQE with excellent academic credentials
- Ambitious, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with complex employment matters
Please note the role is 5 days a week in the office in central London.
