We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who wants ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow within a specialist tech market.

Shape IT Recruitment operates in high-demand enterprise technology spaces, with a strong presence across ERP and Dynamics ecosystems. We have active clients, warm relationships, and real growth plans. Now we need the right recruiter to help scale with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a full 360 desk (client development + candidate delivery)
• Managing live roles across ERP / CRM technology markets
• Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
• Developing your own niche within a specialist vertical

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in IT recruitment
• A proven billing track record
• Experience recruiting within Sage, SAP, ERP, CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics (D365) is highly desirable
• Confidence in business development and market ownership
• A driven, professional, relationship-focused mindset
