We support organisations when their in‑house legal resources are stretched or when specialist expertise is needed. We’re partnering with a growing logistics business seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to provide ongoing fractional support for one to two days per week. This is a fully remote role with the chance to build a long‑term, trusted relationship with the client. You’ll act as an embedded extension of the business, delivering clear, commercially‑focused advice across a range of day‑to‑day and strategic matters.

About You

• Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience (c.5+ PQE, but flexible).
• Previous experience as a sole and / or fractional counsel
• Able to work independently and deliver pragmatic, solutions‑driven advice.
• Confident operating remotely on a part‑time, ongoing basis.
