Legal Executive (NQ - 2 PQE) / Property Solicitor – Devon-based

Devon - Up to £50,000 per annum

A niche, purpose-led law firm in Devon is seeking a Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly, collaborative team. They specialise in advising state schools and FE colleges across the UK, offering meaningful work in a supportive, values-driven environment.

The role:

Commercial and residential property matters

Drafting and negotiating leases and transfers

Title reviews and Land Registry work

Gradually managing your own caseload (mentored and supported)

The candidate:

Newly qualified or 1–2 PQE property lawyer

Positive, solution-focused, and keen to learn

Organised with attention to detail

Salary: up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5/week
