Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the technical and operational aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects.


This role combines field leadership with operational management, ensuring contractor performance, system reliability, and excellence across multiple sites. The successful candidate will act as the primary link between field teams, contractors, and central operations, driving efficiency and proactively resolving operational issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations of field specialists and contractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor operational standards and compliance.
  • Manage commissioning processes and handovers between project development and operations teams.
  • Oversee contractor performance against service agreements, KPIs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and operational reliability.
  • Collaborate with service providers to improve performance and uptime.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies, including maintenance and corrective actions.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and monitoring of site systems, including security and operational equipment.
  • Maintain and improve centralized contractor management systems and processes.
  • Mentor field specialists, supporting technical development and complex problem-solving.
  • Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and performance reporting.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for field or contractor issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, technical, and quality standards.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, IoT-enabled infrastructure, and field operations.
  • Proven experience in project and operations management.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with work order and maintenance management systems.
