Job description
Do you thrive on precision? Love turning complex data into clear, accurate reporting? Want to play a critical role in powering one of the world’s most recognisable brands behind the scenes?
We’re looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join Monster Energy’s EMEA Operations team. This is a high-impact role where detail, ownership, and drive make all the difference.
The Company
Monster isn’t corporate. We’re bold, fast, disruptive and unapologetically ambitious.
Founded in 2002, Monster Energy has grown into one of the leading brands in the global energy drinks category. With over 4000+ employees worldwide and 138+ million cases sold across EMEA in 2023, we operate at serious scale, but with the mindset of a challenger brand.
Our brand is aggressive, cool, dark, mysterious and fun. Our culture? High-energy, accountable, and built on people who take ownership.
The Role
Reporting to the EMEA Inventory Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining tight control over inventory activity across remote plants and third-party warehouses throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
You’ll work at the heart of operations, ensuring financial accuracy, process integrity, and stock control standards across diverse international markets.
This is a role for someone methodical, analytical, and relentless about getting it right.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inventory control standards across third-party co-packaging plants
- Processing detailed inventory transactions and reports within SAP
- Owning financial reconciliations (Month-End / Quarter-End / Year-End)
- Managing and recovering financial values related to stock losses
- Reviewing and negotiating inventory variances within expected deadlines
- Ensuring timely production, receipt, and sales postings
- Driving process adherence and improving inventory accuracy
- Working cross-functionally with finance, supply chain and external partners
- Reviewing production yield and wastage quarterly
- Supporting continuous improvement across EMEA operations
What We’re Looking For
- A background in inventory control or supply chain management
- Advanced Excel skills and a data accuracy mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-driven, and methodical with experience in stock reconciliation
- Comfortable communicating across cultures and levels
- Able to operate in a fast-moving, non-corporate environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
