£55,000 – £73,000 | 3+ PQE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading, multi-office national Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality private client matters for high-value individuals, including celebrities and wealthy business owners, within a firm recognised for excellence, structured training, and long-term career development.

The Role

You will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:

• Inheritance tax planning and estate planning
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate administration matters
• Lifetime trusts
• Advising mass affluent and high-net-worth clients

You will work closely with a highly regarded team, benefiting from excellent mentoring, technical support, and exposure to complex and interesting matters.

About You

• Ideally 3+ years PQE in Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge within a private client setting
• Proven experience advising mass affluent clients on IHT planning, estate planning, and estate administration
• Excellent communication and client handling skills
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines
• Proactive, ambitious, and motivated to progress your career
• Experience supporting business development within a team or firm
• Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
