Senior Associate – Property Development

Join our award-winning Property team at Higgs LLP, where people and relationships come first. We’re experiencing exciting growth and are looking for a Senior Associate with strong property development experience to deliver quality work across commercial projects.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a trusted adviser on high-value, complex transactions
• Manage key client relationships and mentor junior lawyers
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of development agreements
• Get involved in corporate support and wider commercial property work

• Excellent technical, commercial and client management skills
