Production Coordinator

RD Content is looking for a Production Coordinator

Job description

At RD, no two projects are the same. One month it’s an international roadshow spanning multiple time zones; the next, a VP shoot in our West London studios, or an AI- and animation-heavy campaign with complex moving parts.

We produce bold, cinematic content for some of the world’s biggest brands, working end-to-end from concept to delivery, all under one roof, including our own film studios - RD Studios.

This role suits someone who is naturally organised - the kind of person who enjoys a well-built spreadsheet, spots inconsistencies before they become issues and takes pride in things being accurate, up-to-date and properly tracked.

  • Coordinating crew, kit, talent, travel, and locations (both local and international)
  • Managing on-set logistics to ensure shoots run smoothly, efficiently and on schedule
  • Acting as a central point of organisation between creative, shoot, post, and studio teams
  • Owning project admin, budget trackers, cost reports and reconciliations, keeping everything accurate and clearly documented
  • Staying calm under pressure, solving problems and keeping productions on track through good planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within a production or creative agency
  • Proven ability to run small shoots independently with strong organisational control
  • On-set experience and understanding of production workflows
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and proactive by nature
  • Someone who enjoys planning, structuring and maintaining systems (schedules, trackers, spreadsheets, documents)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Comfortable working with budgeting and scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in Apple and Microsoft systems; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • A full UK driver’s licence
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
