Transformation Consultant (People) - Permanent

• Bristol or London office locations (Hybrid Working)
• £60,000 – £70,000 + benefits
• All applicants must hold active UK SC or DV Clearance.

Are you passionate about delivering complex digital transformation across major programmes within Defence, Security or Justice?

Our client is growing it's Technology & Transformation practice and are looking for consultants with experience in digital delivery, programme transformation and stakeholder engagement within secure environments.

What you’ll do:

• Support the design and delivery of major programmes
• Drive digital and operating model transformation
• Contribute to governance, PMO, risk and performance management
• Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders
• Support business development and proposition growth

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in a digital delivery environment
• Industry experience within Defence & Security
• Experience delivering projects within large programmes, either in-sector or within consulting/professional services
• Commercial awareness in project delivery (e.g. Supply chain risk, controls, incentives)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present at all organisational levels
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary and fast-paced environments
• High levels of personal motivation and drive
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
