Project Manager – Facilities Management
Location: Oxford
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a major facilities management provider for an experienced Project Manager to deliver planned and reactive lifecycle projects across a complex, multi-site portfolio.
This is a client-facing role with responsibility for managing projects end-to-end, from initial brief and specification through procurement, delivery, completion and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lifecycle and additional works projects across a diverse FM estate
- Manage projects from inception through to completion and handover
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners
- Lead tendering, procurement and subcontractor appointment processes
- Monitor cost, quality, programme and compliance throughout delivery
- Ensure full compliance with CDM and health & safety requirements
- Contribute to annual and multi-year lifecycle planning
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Project Management experience within facilities management or the built environment
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations
- Experience working with standard contract forms (JCT, NEC, etc.)
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and cost control
- Experience managing client-facing project works in a multi-site environment
- IOSH qualification or equivalent
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable: CIOB or RICS accreditation
