Event Management Lead
Up to £50k + up to 10% bonus
Hybrid - 3 days a week in London
The Role
This is a senior, highly visible leadership role, owning the company's most ambitious and commercially significant client programmes and setting the creative and strategic direction of event delivery.
As Event Management Lead, you will operate as a trusted partner to major global brands, combining commercial leadership, creative authority, and end-to-end accountability at the highest level.
You will play a pivotal role in growing and shaping the events division, driving its commercial success and expanding its capabilities as demand continues to scale.
This role includes leading pitch activity, owning high-value proposals, and building and managing a trusted network of freelancers to deliver world-class events globally.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end planning and delivery of corporate events
• Leading complex logistics across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
• Acting as senior point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle
• Creating and presenting event proposals and pitch documentation
• Contributing to and leading new business pitches
• Managing budgets, commercial terms, and supplier negotiations
• Leading on-site event delivery
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners
Experience & Skills Required
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in event management
• Strong agency or consultancy background preferred
• Proven experience in pitching and proposal development
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
