Assistant Quantity Surveyor | London

£35,000 – £50,000 + benefits

We’re partnering with a respected cost & project management consultancy renowned for its quality, collaborative culture and innovative approach. They deliver high-profile schemes across multiple sectors, with a strong current pipeline across sectors with a main focus on large-scale residential projects.

This role is ideal for an Assistant QS with around 3 years’ experience (apprenticeship candidates welcome) who is keen to develop across both pre- and post-contract, progress toward chartership, and gain exposure to a variety of clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cost planning, estimating, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare BoQs, tender documentation, and carry out measurement.
• Support procurement processes and contract administration.
• Contribute to project reporting, cost control, and risk/value management.
• Attend site and client meetings alongside senior colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• Some experience in a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Enthusiasm to progress through APC to chartership.
• Strong numeracy, communication, and attention to detail.
