Harnham is looking for a Client Enablement Lead

Job description

Client Enablement Lead (Adobe)

Remote UK with monthly London visits.

Salary up to - £80,000

This is an opportunity to step into a role where you shape how clients use Adobe Analytics across complex, evolving digital environments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, influence decision making, and join a consultancy that values clarity, pragmatism and low‑ego collaboration.

The Company

They are a data and analytics consultancy known for practical, technically credible work across analytics, data collection, CRO, personalisation and activation. They help clients solve fragmented measurement and experience setups, especially where multiple tools, teams and platforms need joining up. They prioritise honest advice, realistic sequencing, and long-term impact over technology-first selling. Their culture is grounded, collaborative and delivery-focused.

The Role

• Act as the Adobe Analytics subject matter expert for a set of clients.

• Lead and support end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementations and enhancements.

• Translate business needs into clear, technically sound delivery plans.

• Own day-to-day client coordination, roadmaps and issue resolution.

• Present insights, recommendations and progress with confidence and clarity.

• Balance hands-on work with guiding specialists and shaping delivery standards.

• Contribute to internal improvements across process, tooling and ways of working.

• Support new client conversations by explaining how the consultancy works and adds value.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience working with Adobe Analytics at SME level.

• Hands-on exposure to full Adobe Analytics implementation, including configuration and administration.

• Confident working in Adobe Workspace with metrics, segments and data exploration.

• Ability to translate between business questions and technical requirements.

• Skilled in client communication, expectation management and structured problem solving.

• Comfortable working across analytics, activation and experience rather than a single narrow specialism.

• Desirable experience includes Customer Journey Analytics, CRO planning, GA or GTM exposure, or CDP awareness.
