Property Manager - Extra Care, North East UK

Job description

I have again partnered with a national care and support provider and we are now searching for an experienced Property Manager in the North East to oversee a diverse and expanding portfolio.

Operating at scale within the specialist social care sector, they deliver tailored support to thousands of individuals with complex needs across residential, supported living, and community-based settings throughout the UK.

With both the property estate and internal team continuing to grow, this role offers the chance to shape processes, strengthen partnerships, and support sustainable expansion.

You will oversee reactive and planned works, ensure the portfolio is fit for purpose, support lease renewals and acquisitions, and contribute to capital projects, while working closely with senior stakeholders, landlords, and external agents to maintain operational continuity and effective asset management.
