Human Resources Administrator

Clive Owen LLP is looking for a Human Resources Administrator

Job description

Role Profile: HR Administrator

Reports to: HR Business Partner/L&D Manager

Why you’ll love this role

Do you genuinely enjoy administration? Do you like systems that make sense, records that are up to date, and data that’s exactly where it should be? Are you at your best in a busy environment where accuracy really matters? If that sounds like you, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

We’re looking for a HR Administrator to support our HR team with the essential day-to-day admin that keeps everything running smoothly. This role is all about organisation, attention to detail, and staying on top of multiple tasks. Perfect for someone who enjoys being busy and takes pride in getting things right.

This is a role for someone who likes admin and wants to focus on it, rather than someone looking to move into advisory HR.

What you’ll be doing

·        Accurately inputting and maintaining employee data across HR and payroll systems

·        Supporting monthly payroll processes, including starters, leavers and changes

·        Keeping training records and logs up to date and well organised

·        Coordinating recruitment activity, scheduling interviews, issuing offer paperwork, keeping candidates updated and organising assessment centres

·        Producing contracts, letters and standard HR documentation

·        Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to routine HR queries

·        Being a reliable point of support for all things HR administration

This role will suit you if you….

·        Enjoy administration and working with systems and data

·        Are meticulous, organised and naturally detail focused

·        Thrive in a busy environment with competing priorities

·        Prefer structured, process driven work

·        Are dependable and methodical

Previous expereince in HR or administration is helpful but not essential, what really matters is your attention to detail and love of good admin.

Location & Training

To make sure we set you up for success, the successful candidate will be required to work from our Darlington office five days per week for the first three months. This allows us to properly train and support you as you learn our systems and processes. After the initial training period, the role will move to a hybrid pattern of three days in the office and two days working from home.

If this sound like your kind of role and you enjoy being the organised, detail driven backbone of a busy team, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: we are not accepting applications or CV submissions from recruitment agencies for this role
