Location: Central London

I am currently working with a well-established main contractor specialising in design and build projects across Central London. Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced construction professional to support project delivery and programme management.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering complex schemes within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in planning and coordinating projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programmes are realistic, achievable, and aligned with site delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing construction programmes using ASTA Powerproject (essential)
• Working closely with project teams to produce detailed programmes and sequencing plans
• Monitoring project progress against programme and identifying risks or delays
• Supporting pre-construction planning, logistics and methodology development
• Coordinating with design teams, commercial teams and site management
• Providing programme updates, reporting and progress analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience working for a main contractor on design and build projects
• Strong working knowledge of ASTA Powerproject (essential requirement)
• Experience producing and managing detailed construction programmes
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics and delivery processes
• Experience working on projects within Central London preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
