⏰ 37.5 hours per week

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join a dynamic EMEIA planning team within Womenswear. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career within a regional planning function and play a key role in driving commercial performance.

About the Role

As a Planner, you will drive the business through strategic seasonal merchandise planning, controlled inventory management, actionable reporting, and insightful commercial analysis.

You’ll contribute to building a world-class, digitally enabled, and integrated end-to-end planning and analysis function, working collaboratively across teams to deliver efficient and commercially focused merchandise processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing critical category analysis to support pre-market and seasonal reviews (regional OTB, product exits, deep-dives, option productivity)
• Providing input into seasonal floorsets and recommending volume segmentation
• Offering key recommendations for in-season trading across fashion and replenishment categories
• Supporting end-of-season sales forecasting and sale implementation processes
• Conducting weekly category analysis, trade reviews, re-forecasting, and inventory analysis across all channels
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation teams

About You

• Proven experience as a Planner
• Strong planning and forecasting capability
• Commercially driven decision-making mindset
• Advanced Excel skills (Word & PowerPoint proficiency required)
• Experience with SAP/BRRS preferred
• PLM system experience desirable
