Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional with a passion for delivering high-quality HR support in a dynamic environment? Do you thrive on managing a varied and complex caseload while coaching managers to achieve the best possible outcomes? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
Our client is seeking a skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join their dedicated ER team. Reporting to an Employee Relations Team Leader, you will partner with managers across your designated business area, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
This is an advisory-focused role where you will:
- Manage a high-volume and varied ER caseload, including complex cases
- Coach and support managers through formal processes
- Monitor and report on case progress and performance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ER service delivery
About You
- Strong working knowledge of employment law
- CIPD-qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing complex ER casework in a multi-site, diverse organisation
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
- Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach
