Analytics Manager

Up to £120,000

Fully remote, UK-based

We’re partnering with a high-growth online gambling business that’s scaling its data and analytics capability following significant funding. They’re looking for an Analytics Manager to take ownership of analytics across the business, sitting alongside a dedicated data and engineering function. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence over how data drives commercial decisions.

The role

You’ll lead analytics end to end, balancing stakeholder partnership with technical delivery.

• Own and lead analytics across the business
• Deliver insight, reporting, and BI with a hands-on technical approach
• Work closely with stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, and Trading
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Manage and develop two analysts (Data Analyst and Senior Data Analyst)
• Partner closely with engineering on backend BI and effective data usage

About you

This role suits someone who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and technical level.

• Strong, hands-on SQL experience
• Background in analytics, BI, or customer analytics
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences
• Some people management or mentoring experience
• Experience in gambling, gaming, or other highly regulated environments preferred
• Experience with BI tools (Omni is a plus)
• dbt experience is nice to have
