Reward Administrator – Wealth Management – Circa £35,000
Experience within Financial Services is essential.
We’re working with a highly respected Wealth Management firm seeking a detail-oriented Reward Administrator to join their growing HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for compensation and benefits to develop their career within a professional and collaborative environment.
The Role
As Reward Administrator, you’ll support the delivery and administration of compensation, benefits, and reward processes across the business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting annual salary and bonus review processes
- Administering employee benefits schemes (pensions, healthcare, etc.)
- Maintaining and analysing reward data and producing reports
- Assisting with benchmarking and market data analysis
- Ensuring reward processes are compliant and accurately documented
- Acting as a point of contact for reward-related queries
About You
- Previous experience in HR or Reward/Compensation administration
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Excel and HR systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within Financial Services
