Reward Administrator – Wealth Management – Circa £35,000

Experience within Financial Services is essential.

We’re working with a highly respected Wealth Management firm seeking a detail-oriented Reward Administrator to join their growing HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for compensation and benefits to develop their career within a professional and collaborative environment.

The Role

As Reward Administrator, you’ll support the delivery and administration of compensation, benefits, and reward processes across the business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting annual salary and bonus review processes
• Administering employee benefits schemes (pensions, healthcare, etc.)
• Maintaining and analysing reward data and producing reports
• Assisting with benchmarking and market data analysis
• Ensuring reward processes are compliant and accurately documented
• Acting as a point of contact for reward-related queries

About You

• Previous experience in HR or Reward/Compensation administration
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Excel and HR systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience within Financial Services
