If you think commercially, move strategically and understand how social drives revenue — this one’s for you.

You will:

  • Define clear channel identities across consumer and trade audiences
  • Build and manage the social content calendar aligned to campaigns, seasonal moments and partnerships
  • Lead both organic and paid social strategy with clear ROI accountability
  • Translate performance data into actionable insight and continuous optimisation
  • Track and report on KPIs weekly, monthly and annually to senior leadership
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithms and emerging formats
  • Mentor a Social Media Associate and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand and partnerships

This role sits at the heart of the marketing function and offers genuine strategic influence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel social strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Strong understanding of how social drives brand awareness, engagement and commercial growth
  • Experience managing and optimising paid and organic social budgets
  • Confident reporting performance data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to link social performance to wider campaigns and revenue impact
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Experience using analytics and social listening tools
  • Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring junior team members Luxury, travel or lifestyle experience is highly desirable.

Why This Role?

  • Real ownership and autonomy
  • A brand in growth mode
  • Strategic seat at the table
  • Opportunity to shape how a luxury travel platform shows up globally
  • High visibility with leadership

This is a brilliant move for someone currently in a larger structure who is ready to step into a more strategic, commercially accountable position.
