Product Manager – Travel Destination Product (Non-Technical Products)

Hybrid | Full Time

Our client a leading small group tour operator with many years’ experiences creating inspiring, culturally rich escorted journeys worldwide, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team.

As an experienced Product Manager, you will come from a background where you have grown and developed a product portfolio. Experience in managing and developing products in Africa, the Middle East and selected European destinations is highly desirable for this role and as part of the optimisation of these areas you’ll drive commercial performance, create innovative new tours, manage supplier relationships, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

✈ Develop and manage new and existing small group tours

Monitor performance, yield and fill rates

Negotiate rates and manage supplier relationships

Embed sustainability into product development

Attend overseas trade shows and industry events

About you:

✔ Strong commercial and strategic mindset

✔ Experience in small group touring product management

✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills

✔ Destination knowledge of Africa & the Middle East preferred

✔ Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
