Leveraged Finance Associate (3–6 PQE) | US Law Firm | London
A leading US law firm in London is seeking to hire a mid-level Leveraged Finance Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its high-performing Finance team.
This role offers exposure to complex, sponsor-led transactions, including private equity-backed acquisitions, cross-border leveraged financings, refinancing and recapitalisation work. The team advises major private equity sponsors, direct lenders and financial institutions on sophisticated, high-value matters, often operating in lean deal teams with significant associate responsibility.
The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified with strong experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance and LMA-based documentation, ideally gained at a top-tier UK or US firm. You should be confident drafting and negotiating facility agreements, intercreditor agreements and security documentation, managing transaction workstreams and engaging directly with clients and opposing counsel.
