About the Firm

A well-regarded London law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (5–8+ PQE) to join its growing Banking & Finance team.

Working closely with a highly experienced finance partner, you will advise lenders, investors and high-growth businesses on a broad range of transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged and corporate lending, and growth/venture debt.

About the Role

You will be part of the Banking & Finance group, advising high-growth companies, lenders, PE/VC investors and financial institutions on a range of financing transactions including:

• Acquisition finance
• Leveraged and corporate lending
• Project and real estate finance
• Growth debt and venture debt arrangements
• Multi-jurisdictional lending structures

About You

• You will have significant banking & finance experience (typically 5–8+ years PQE) gained from an equally leading law firm.
