PA & Office Manager | 35 - 45K DOE | 5 days office-based


A boutique, purpose-led brand + award winning business consultancy is looking for a brilliant Office Manager & EA to become the energetic and confident centre of a fast-moving studio in West London. You’ll work closely with the Founder (a high-energy, ideas-first leader) while also keeping the office running smoothly for a talented team of around 30. If you love pace, variety and being the person who quietly makes everything work, this could be the perfect role for you!


What you’ll do

Founder support (PA):

  • Own diary management across business + personal commitments
  • Coordinate meetings, travel and logistics (including room set-ups)
  • Keep priorities on track: clear direction, timely reminders, gentle firmness when needed
  • Handle day-to-day admin and practical problem-solving
  • Anticipate what’s coming next and make sure the Founder has what they need, before they ask

Office management

  • Run the day-to-day office operations for a 30-person studio
  • Be the go-to for suppliers, facilities, welcoming visitors, and creating a great in-office experience
  • Put simple routines and systems in place so nothing slips
  • Bring energy and presence to the space! This isn't a background role; you'll interact with CEOs, founders, and industry leaders, representing the business with confidence and warmth.

Marketing and PR support:

  • Support social media, newsletters, and announcements
  • Help organise Events and PR moments, launches, and press outreach
