Contract UX Designer

Job description

We are seeking a Contract UX Designer to join a leading hospitality platform at a genuinely exciting time of growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work across an end-to-end native mobile experience, serving millions of customers globally, and taking ideas from early-stage discovery and ideation through to pixel-perfect execution.

The team is looking for an experienced Contract UX Designer who can add value from day one. You will be self-motivated, confident working autonomously, and bring strong stakeholder management skills within complex organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years’ experience working in the Product Design / UX space
• Proven experience designing for mobile, web, and responsive platforms
• Strong end-to-end experience working on native mobile applications
• Ability to take ownership from discovery through to delivery and launch
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong UX focus, with attention to detail and usability
• Experience managing and evolving design systems, feeding improvements back into the wider product ecosystem

Contract Details

• Day rate: £400–£450 per day (Outside IR35)
• Contract length: 12 months
• Location: Hybrid working, London
