Job description

An elite US law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded team in Q1.

Responsibilities

You will advise on the financing of real estate assets across both development and investment facilities, including:

• Senior loans
• Mezzanine facilities
• Complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions

The role involves acting for a high-quality client base of national and international sponsors, banks, and debt funds across a broad range of asset classes, including:

• Hotels
• Offices
• Student accommodation
• Residential schemes

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ PQE
• Experience gained within a top-tier Real Estate Finance practice at a Top National, Silver Circle, Magic Circle, or Elite US firm

Benefits

• Salary: £160,000–£240,000
