Job Description

• Actively contribute to content planning and publishing processes across YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms,
• Prepare and position YouTube content in line with platform dynamics, including title and description structuring,
• Support digital publishing processes for news, economy, and finance-related content,
• Monitor video performance metrics (watch time, engagement rate, CTR, etc.) and provide content improvement suggestions,
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to generate new content ideas,
• Collaborate with video editors and design teams to ensure content meets publishing standards,
• Gradually take a more active role in channel growth and digital content strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (New Media, Communications, Radio-TV-Cinema, Visual Communication Design, Journalism, Advertising, etc.),
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in digital media, social media, or YouTube content,
• Familiar with YouTube and Facebook platforms and their content dynamics,
• Preferably interested in and knowledgeable about news, economy, and finance topics,
• Able to interpret performance data with strong analytical thinking skills,
• Comfortable using MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
• Eager to learn, responsible, and a strong team player.

What We Offer

• Annual gross salary: £28,000 – £30,000
