Non-Contentious Construction Associate with 2-6 years’ PQE sought for Top 30 International Firm
The Opportunity
Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Construction Associate to join their London Real Estate team.
This is a varied and hands-on role, offering exposure to high-profile development and property projects. You will work closely with a collaborative team and have the opportunity to advise on matters that are both technically challenging and commercially significant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on all aspects of construction law, from drafting bespoke contracts to negotiating amendments
- Providing guidance on construction elements of leases, facility agreements, and related documentation
- Supporting clients through procurement, tendering, and public-sector processes
- Offering pragmatic and commercially focused advice that reflects current market practices
- Collaborating with colleagues across Real Estate, residential, commercial, and landed estates matters

Requirements
- 2-6 years’ PQE, from a reputable firm
- Majority of this experience spent in a reputable non-contentious construction team
- Strong academic background
- Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
- Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship building
