A leading National firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its London office as part of a strategic growth phase.

This is an opportunity to join a nationally integrated corporate platform with strong deal flow, credible mid-market and upper-mid-market exposure, and clear progression pathways.

The Opportunity

You will work across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including:

• Private equity investments and exits
• UK and cross-border M&A
• Venture capital transactions
• Capital markets and minority investments
• Corporate structuring and reorganisations

The role offers exposure to complex transactions while maintaining genuine partner access and responsibility for running workstreams.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 PQE gained at a reputable national or international firm
• Strong experience across M&A and investment transactions
• Comfortable managing transactions and client relationships
• Commercially astute with confident negotiation skills
• Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset
