Job : Senior Executive Assistant to CEO & HNWI

Salary : £ 95,000 +
Our client in the Tech / HNWI space has a rare opportunity for a Senior EA to partner directly with the CEO of a global brand. This is a Senior, Strategic & high‑impact role that will require a 24/7 approach and will include regular International Global Travel and dealing with multiple time zones. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting a CEO in a global high profile company and understand the needs of a HNWI in business & private support. The ideal candidate will work well individually but also working as part of a greater team. This role is not your standard 9-5, where possible we are looking for an ASAP start in this role.
Duties to include ( but not limited to ) :
Executive Support & Global Coordination
- Manage a complex, fast‑moving schedule across multiple time zones
- Prioritise commitments and protect the CEO’s time and focus
- Private & business support
- Work closely with global colleagues to ensure seamless 24/7 support
International Travel & Logistics
- Lead complex international travel arrangements with precision
- Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and support travel on the ground when needed
- Regular global travel is required
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Represent the CEO with professionalism, discretion, and confidence
- Build trusted relationships with high‑profile internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, partners, and public figures
Strategic Communication
- Prioritise and manage communication flows
- Prepare the CEO for key meetings and ensure follow‑up actions are executed
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper
Project & Operational Leadership
- Lead & colaborate on high‑impact projects from concept to completion
- Improve systems, streamline processes for CEO & HNWI
About You
You are a seasoned Senior‑level Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner used to operating at a global, high‑intensity level.
- Experience supporting a high‑profile CEO, Founder, or Senior Principal
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and resilience
- Ability to think ahead, manage shifting priorities, and act with urgency
- Comfort working across both strategic initiatives and detailed execution
- Flexibility to support a non‑traditional schedule aligned with the CEO’s needs
- Strong skills in complex scheduling, global logistics, and modern productivity tools
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with other support teams
- Calm, confident decision‑making and a solution‑focused approach
