Job description

An established, fast‑growing private equity firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to support its London office. If you enjoy being the central point of contact, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting senior stakeholders, this role offers plenty of variety and impact.


What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day‑to‑day office operations and facilities

• Supporting senior leaders with admin, scheduling, travel and expenses

• Coordinating meetings, visitors, events and team activities

• Assisting with finance processes, record‑keeping and compliance tasks

• Providing basic IT support and liaising with external tech providers

• Supporting HR processes including interviews, onboarding and offboarding


What we’re looking for:

• Experience as an Office Administrator/Assistant

• Experience in financial or professional services

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Confident with Microsoft Office

• Degree required


This is a full‑time, on‑site role with the option to work from home on Fridays.
