The Role

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional, ingredient-led Mediterranean dishes at the highest standard. This is a leadership position within a beautifully designed, luxury setting where quality, precision, and creativity are paramount.

You will:

• Support the Head Chef in leading and developing the kitchen brigade
• Ensure consistently outstanding food quality and presentation
• Bring authentic Mediterranean knowledge and techniques to the menu
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, organisation, and kitchen management
• Contribute to menu development with a strong understanding of seasonal Mediterranean ingredients

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a very high-end or luxury environment
• Deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine (Italian, French coastal, Spanish, Greek or broader regional influences)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a professional brigade
• Calm, organised, and quality-driven under pressure
• Currently based in London with full working rights in the UK (essential)
