I’m working with a leading UK property litigation practice looking to appoint a 3PQE+ Solicitor/Associate to join a busy and highly regarded dispute resolution team based in central London.
The team acts on complex commercial property disputes for a broad mix of clients – from institutional investors and property companies to developers, landlords, tenants and local authorities.
You’ll be joining an experienced partner who has decades of specialist property litigation experience and a strong track record in matters such as dilapidation's, forfeiture, lease disputes, restrictive covenants, insolvency related issues, professional negligence in a property context and other high value contentious matters.

What you’ll be working on:
• Handling substantial commercial property litigation matters across the spectrum
• Drafting pleadings, position papers and legal advice
• Managing discovery, disclosure and evidence gathering
• Liaising with counsel, expert witnesses and key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
• 3 years’ PQE qualified in England & Wales
• Strong property litigation experience from a reputable London firm
• Excellent drafting, advocacy and client-handling skills
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
